Oh, wow, so sorry to hear about the heating...and you said it was cold there in a previous post, didn't you...I hope it gets fixed soon...

Thanks for your good wishes. We have a fire and hot water - if it goes off again, we'll just have to resort to flannel jammies and hot water bottles, like in t' good old days ::G::

Mike the plumber is coming to fix it tomorrow, bless him to Christmas and back. He came out today to check it all out despite having been working since 8am and his wife ringing to remind him they were going out at 7.00 (he came over at 6.30). What a star! ::VBG::
