O:!

Lots of it. Cold and icy and blowing across the moors like the smoke from a forest fire )o:

I've finished cleaning  - my house is so sparkly and bright, you could eat your dinner off it ::snerk:: And I was all set for a lovely strenuous walk through the woods. My legs were all ready for that hike and I've had to tell them, 'no', and put them up on cushions and tell my mouth to eat chocolate instead.

It's a cruel world, and no mistake.
Music:: Nantucket sleigh ride, by Mountain.
location: The sitting room, sitting.

Goodness! Winter is back for y'all. Stay warm and dry. (In related news, we in Florida are going to have to wear hoodies tonight! ;>)

btw, I saw the lovely rec you gave Whitebread and Near Misses on crack_van. It's appreciated.

They're threatening snow tomorrow... I haven't decided if that's good or bad yet.

"btw, I saw the lovely rec you gave Whitebread and Near Misses on crack_van. It's appreciated."
You're more than welcome; It's a brilliant story that doesn't get anything like the noms and recs it deserves.

OMG, Gilly - putting your feet up and eating chocolate? Oh, the inhumanity!

Add a cup of coffee and it'd be unbearable. :oD

Isn't the weather horrible right now? Brrr! I'm glad to be inside.

And snow tomorrow. And me off to the Yorkshire moors tomorrow; that'll be fun.

::It's a cruel world, and no mistake.::

Oh yes, unbearably cruel.

I have to be more strict with myself too... *G* I wonder if I still have any choc left anywhere? The girls had loads of friends over yesterday and ate me out of house and home :)

LOL. I'd share my Toblerone with you, but I are it. Sorry (o:

It's so hard, the sacrifices you make. You are so brave! *G*

I'm still waiting for the rain here. It's really windy, we had black clouds earlier but still none of the wet stuff.

And thanks too from me for the recs. I haven't come across most of these and they are great. Thanks!
:o)

LOL. Actually, I really was looking forward to that hike )o: But the toblerone was some compensation.

"And thanks too from me for the recs. I haven't come across most of these and they are great. Thanks!"
You're more than welcome - I'm having a great time doing them.

Sending some virtual sun and my thanks for the discovering of the Rent Girls Sentinel fictions.

OOh. Rentgirls = very, very good. Have you seen the vids, too?

Thanks for the virtual sun. Very nice... We have a little real sun today, in between the snow showers. Last week it was spring - what happened?!

Yes I love "What’s New, Pussycat?"and perhaps you may ask Blair of Pinecrest to please bring back the spring.

You could send some of that rain here, it would be most welcome. The grass in my back yard crackles underfoot and its not from frost, but from the endless dry days with temps in the mid 30's C. (That's hovering around the 90 degree mark on the F scale.)
Almost (but not quite!) looking forward to winter.

I take it you're down under? (o:

I have no rain to offer anymore, I'm afraid. Is snow, hail and gale-force winds any good to you? I don't know what happened; it was spring just a few days ago O:!

If only people would realise that due to gravitational effects, magnetic north is actually at the bottom of the world, meaning we're (Australia) at the top! *grin*
Sorry, but snow, hail and gale force winds hold no appeal whatsoever! Hope your weather improves...but what a great excuse to sit back and watch The Sentinel reruns, or catch up on all those stories you've been meaning to read.
