Oh lawdy law, I do feel queer;  dizzy and sick and faint. Ick.

Progress has been made, Mark's finished painting the woodwork in the bedroom. I've sanded down the plaster-skimmed walls and woodwork in the spare, washed all the walls down with sugar soap (O:! They were so dirty! You just can't tell how manky your house has got till you start something like this) and was painting said walls - I managed to get 1 and a half done before I had to give it in before I passed out. I don't know if it's the paint or if I'm just not well but I feel just awful.

I hope I'm not actually ill. I don't think so, but I've never had a reaction to paint before. ::shrug:: It's a mystery. (o:

But hey ho, that's that for today, anyway, so I'm of for a bath  - picking my way past the pile of bags and boxes we've had to dump in there because the only other 2 rooms upstairs are works-in-progress.

Such is life. I suppose I'd better go and write some fic then...

Aww baby - time to quit and give yourself the evening off. It's probably whatever you did to yourself on Friday coming back to have another go at you... Feel better soon ::snuggles & pets & passes over some smut::

Oh dear, not so good.

You are probably right though, it's the paint fumes. They can be awful, even if it says odour free or whatever.

Take care of yourself.

Nope.

I feel better now so maybe it was the paint. I'll have to throw open all the doors and windows before I start tomorrow.

Thanks for the good wishes hon. (o:

I feel fine now, thanks hon but it was very nasty while it lasted. I'll have to keep all the windows open tomorrow. Such a nuisance - I was planning to get the first coat finished today. ::sigh::

Renovations are coming along, more slowly than I'd hoped but things are happening, thanks.

Passing out is never good, regardless of reason. You need to take it easy for a day or two, don't overdo things. And yeah, paint fumes can be pretty horrible. I usually end up with a terrible headache.

Thanks, hon, but no time for knocking off, alas! The work must progress! (o: I gpot through today without incident - apart from falling off a chair that is. (o:
