The kitchen floor was still a little damp around the edges this morning so sealing it will have to wait till tomorrow.
Went out this morning to buy a lamp and some curtains and only just got back - or rather, we got our lamp and curtains and a new light switch but aving troublesome troubles wiring in the new switch. We've blown the fuse three times now- had to go back into Chorley to get fuse wire (sigh) and we've been fixing it (fuse blows), fixing it (no lights at all), fixing it (works - doesn't work - works - fuse blows) and etc. and have now given up for the evening. The lights are on, the switch is non functioning but hey ho... Tomorrow.
Finally found some edging tiles for the sink which I have stuck up. Finally found the tiles we want for the back of the stove (yay!) but that will all have to wait till tomorrow, too, for tonight we have pizza and most excellent beer and that's all that matters right now. (o:
