SNOW! Really heavy snow chucking it down out there. O:!

I've been working all morning, tucked up indoors, snug and warm, didn't even notice. Lawks a lawdy. Oh heck, it's sticking too. The car's gawn all white. ::meep!::

I should be working but what the heck, it's SNOWING, man!

Would an American say cack-handed? I suspect, probably not - in which case, what would be a similarly slangy way of saying something was clumsy, badly and/or stupidly done?
