asking if we want to buy a stairlift.

We live in a bungalow. In a street of bungalows.

Why weren't they on our ballot?

For the Lancashire County Council elections, in South Ribble, there were only two parties on the ballot, the Tories and the Idle Toads - and the Idle Toads won! by a substantial margin.
