Or rather Mark's loaf since he made it. First produce of the new stove! Not a v good picture I'm afraid, done on the iphone via Twitter. I shall endeavour to do better as soon as the camera battery charges.
No cheese alas, as Mark is trying to get his cholesterol down. I've cooked an olive-oily, spicy, tomato, lentil thinggummy to dip it in though which is rather nice.
The bread is delish! I'll get Mark to make you some when you next come to visit. ;o)
Novel 50% complete btw! I'm on track to finish by next weekend and then we can maybe get back on track with our joint project? ::bats eyelashes, smiles sweetly, twists toe in sand::
The lentil thing sounds yummy! And I will hold you and Mark to that ;-)
Well done you! I am so impressed by your progress. I am extraordinarily excited about your novel, and dying to read the final thing. I really have everything crossed that someone takes it up! Whenever you are ready to get back to our evilness I will be waiting ::hugs::
I have just turned the telly on. BBC2, yes? The boys are hogging the telly in the front room, and I have no satellite channels back here!
I may have slightly overdone the chilli in the lentils. ::mops fevered brow::
Progress, schmogress, ah, it's much slower, taking much longer than I'd planned/hoped - far more work to be done than I anticipated. I hope someone takes it up too! If they don't I'll publish it myself, though, I'm not going to plug at it for years like I did with the last one. It's exceedingly tiring, incredibly so, I really am knackered - I really enjoyed reading Stephen Fry's blog today where he says the same. :o)
I can't wait to get back to the evil. ::sighs tiredly:: It'll be such a relief after all this.
BBC2 indeed. It all looks rather good. And now, mor wine plz nurse...!
